What Drive Tone does
Drive Tone is a browser-based virtual engine-sound app. It blends recordings using simulated engine RPM, load and transmission behavior. Vehicle images and engine descriptions help you choose a sound profile.
GPS Drive estimates speed from browser-provided location updates. The app does not read the vehicle's accelerator pedal, CAN bus, factory engine RPM or actual gear. GPS quality, update timing and browser audio support vary by device and vehicle software. Sound and shift behavior are simulations, not exact factory acoustics or vehicle telemetry.
GPS Drive is selected initially; sound starts when you press Start Engine. Try the free profiles on your device before subscribing. Configure the app while parked, keep vehicle warning sounds audible, and have a passenger handle screen interactions on the road. The displayed speed is not a replacement for the vehicle's speedometer.
Drive Tone is independent of Tesla, BMW, Ferrari, Audi and other vehicle manufacturers. Vehicle and model names identify sound references; they do not imply manufacturer sponsorship or approval.
Free and Premium
BMW M4, Ferrari 458 Italia and Audi R8 V10 Plus are free. Premium unlocks the remaining 24 profiles while your subscription is active. Sign in with a one-time email code to manage a subscription. Premium access becomes available after the server confirms payment and your subscription; internet access is needed for verification and audio delivery.
Recurring annual subscription, charged once per year.
Annual offer available during beta. Renews automatically until canceled. Future pricing changes will be disclosed before they apply.
At paid launch, the selected plan will automatically renew at its disclosed recurring price unless canceled before renewal. Checkout shows the amount and any applicable taxes before you confirm. There is no physical shipment. A test subscription does not authorize a future real charge; live billing will require a separate real purchase.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel future renewals
Open Account → Manage test subscription to use the hosted subscription-management page. Cancel there before the next renewal to stop future charges. A scheduled cancellation keeps Premium available until the confirmed end of the paid period. Your current end or renewal date appears in Account. If you cannot access subscription management, contact drivetone.online@gmail.com for help.
No refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including renewals and unused portions of a billing period, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. For billing errors or a refund required by law, contact support using your account email.
Service terms
By using Drive Tone, you agree to these service terms. Use the app lawfully and only when it is safe to do so. You are responsible for your account, your device and safe operation of your vehicle. Keep verification codes private and use an email address you control.
Your subscription provides access to the app's Premium sound profiles for your own use. It does not transfer ownership of recordings, images or software or grant permission to sell or redistribute them. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another person's account or disrupt the service.
Compatibility and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Browser or vehicle software changes, network interruptions and location restrictions can affect operation. For service problems, contact support. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We will publish updates to these notices here with an updated date. Any change to paid pricing or renewal terms will be disclosed before it applies to a future purchase or renewal, with any notice required by law.
Privacy notice
Seokjun Lee operates Drive Tone and uses the following information to provide accounts, deliver audio, manage subscription access, resolve support requests and protect the service.

| Account | Your email address, account ID, verification and sign-in timestamps are handled through Supabase Auth. Resend delivers authentication emails. We use these to sign you in and connect your subscription to your account. |
| Billing | Stripe customer/subscription IDs, plan IDs, payment status, invoices and subscription dates support billing and access checks. Card entry and payment processing occur on Stripe-hosted pages. Drive Tone does not collect raw card numbers or CVC. |
| Location & speed | Browser coordinates, timestamps and speed estimates are processed on your device to drive the sound simulation. The current app does not send raw GPS coordinates or measured speed to our server. You can deny or revoke browser location permission and use Test Mode instead. |
| Browser storage | The Supabase SDK stores and refreshes the sign-in session on your device. Sound and vehicle settings remain in local browser storage. Signing out ends this device's app session; clearing site data also removes local settings and sign-in data. |
| Requests & security | Hosting, authentication and payment providers receive request information such as IP address, browser details and requested resources. Audio resource URLs can identify the profile being loaded. Safe operational records include webhook event IDs/types, service/error codes and timestamps. |

Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the app; Supabase provides authentication and database services; Resend sends authentication emails; and Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions. Support email is handled through Gmail. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective policies.
Advertising connection
The homepage includes Google AdSense code to connect and verify this site for advertising. Loading this third-party code sends browser request information, such as IP address and browser details, to Google. Google advertising technologies may use cookies and other identifiers. See Google advertising technologies and Google privacy policy. You can manage personalized advertising preferences through My Ad Center.
Retention & your requests
We keep account, billing, support and operational records as needed to operate the service, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some transaction records may need to remain after account deletion. Contact drivetone.online@gmail.com from your account email to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. We may verify your identity before acting. Deleting an account and canceling a subscription are separate actions; tell support if you need both.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card details or precise location history to support.
